Text Box: Dr. William Lloyd Hitt February 18, 1932 — November 5, 2022 Dr. Lloyd Hitt, long time Little Landers Historical Society member, former LLHS president and director and good friend passed away on November 5th, 2022. He had a great life of commitment to his family and involvement in making our community a better place. He will be missed by the many whose lives he touched. A Memorial Service was held on November 19 at 10 a.m. at New Hope Community Church, 10438 Oro Vista in Sunland where the Hitts are long-time members of the congregation. A reception and sharing followed with many of Lloyd's and wife Marlene's community friends and neighbors sharing stories of their experiences with Lloyd and his impact on their lives and the community.
